The term “Refurbishment” covers a whole host of property makeover levels. These range from light redecoration only, with perhaps some new furnishings, one or two pieces of furniture, new window coverings, maybe new flooring, to what would be termed major development work - moving structural walls and with new property infrastructure – electrics, plumbing, plastering, and the full works around these areas.
