Refurbished and well presented properties – flats and houses, should be easy to rent out – often achieving the target rent as renters will pay for a newly renovated and decorated property, incorporating modern appliances and furniture, especially new mattresses and sofas. Good rental agents are hard to find - those will go the extra mile to look for renters through their networks of relocation agents, corporate contacts.
