Clients like their homes to be places of comfort

A home is not a hotel room, where, despite accomplished and professional interior design producing wonderful looking arrays of complementary furnishings, furniture and accessories, friends and family visiting should not be tempted to look for the mini bar once they are welcomed to your home or afraid to put a teacup down on the coffee table. Perhaps unkind, but often true when a designer's own style is allowed to overtake their clients vision and, despite the ' brief', your identity isn’t reflected in your property. Or not enough storage, one of the most common complaints. The use of the property is important though and whilst eclectic Bohemian style may be your choice of home comfort, if your property is a rental investment, it's hard to beat the modern day equivalent of white walls, 'greige' furnishings and accent accessories so as not to deter tenants and maximize your rental income. The Lemon Tree Company believe in your input to layout and design. Equally, if you are an overseas investor buying remotely and simply looking for investment yield then you need a trusted person who can handle this. If 'Fifty Shades of Grey' are your order of the day then that's fine, this look can be produced. But we find that most clients like their own homes to be places of comfort and your input is invaluable in producing this. Working closely with clients is paramount, not just working for them. Whether your project is small or large, a total rethink on furniture or mixing the old with the new, we will make it work for you.
